Shibui Silk Cloud Lace Yarn
I've only just received the yarn, and while hand winding it into a ball I was struck by its softness. Most mohair and mohair-silk yarns I've worked with are scratchy. This seems much less so. I look forward to knitting up a sweater!, and buying more of this yarn. Expensive, but worth the money.
I usually mix mohair-silk yarns with a merino-silk yarn. Someone else mentioned mixing Shibui Silk Cloud with Fyberspates - I agree. Fyberspates lace yarns are a great mix choice when wanting to use it with mohair.

Love and frustration
I love Cascade's Ultra Pima Cotton yarn. The color selection is extensive, wide range of both cool and warm hues. The only problem I have, and it's quite frustrating, is the pilling. All the garments I've made with this yarn, and I've made plenty, pill. There is no getting around it - this yarn pills. For those who haven't noticed the pilling, check the underarms and sleeves. Those garment sections are prone to the most pilling. I'm curious why cotton yarn pills. Wool, sure. We all know that most wool sweaters pill. But cotton? Cascade, isn't there a way to correct the pilling?
