Misti Alpaca - Tonos Carnaval
Soft, warm, durable 5 out of 5 stars
I am loving working with this yarn. The tonal color is consistent across all four skeins I am using. The twist is just right, not too tight/not too loose. Lovely drape. I went back and purchased more in different colors!

Knitter's Pride - Shawl Sticks
Perfect accent for any shawl. 5 out of 5 stars
I love wearing shawls. I like the drape, the feel, BUT sometimes they get a bit fussy if one is at a restaurant or needing to do something with both hands. Enter the shawl pin! Drape, pin and the shawl is held in place without having to fuss with it. The wood on these is smooth and has not caught on any of the yarns I have pinned with it. I have actually started giving these with shawls I make for people. Great buy!

Crystal Palace - Sausalito
Crochet worked better 3 out of 5 stars
I love, love, love the color of this yarn but, for me, it was difficult to knit. I ended up slightly frustrated with it, until I decided to crochet it. I worked up into a beautiful shawl. Not what I originally planned, but still lovely.

Knitter's Pride - Karbonz Double Point Needles
They sound like wind chimes... 5 out of 5 stars
I purchased a set of the Karbonz interchangeable needles, and loved them, so I have been slowly replacing all of my needle sets with Karbonz. The DPNs make a lovely sound when knitting in the round. It is almost like wind chimes. The tips on Karbonz are amazing. I like the metal tips, but I don't like knitting on metal needles because, for me, they tend to slip. The carbon fiber has enough texture that the stitches don't fall off, but are still smooth enough that it doesn't slow me down.

Rowan - Fine Art Aran
Size up the needle for a softer knit... 4 out of 5 stars
The color ways on this yarn are amazing. I have purchased three different colors, and I love all of them. I noticed that a couple of folks who reviewed said the yarn was a little scratchy. I noticed that too on the first item I knit in the recommended needle size of 7. For my next project a scarf for my husband I went up to a size 9 needle, and it was soft to the touch. I think the mohair just needed a little breathing room. This yarn does have a halo, and after knitting several projects I can say, if you wear black while knitting it, you will get visible fuzzies on your shirt.

Cascade - Highland Duo
So soft! 5 out of 5 stars
I love this yarn for anything that will be touching skin. Scarves, hats, gloves etc. It is soft and fluffy, not at all itchy, which can sometimes happen with natural fibers. I worked up a scarf for a family member, and loved the yarn so much, I came back to the store and bought more in another color!
