Color 2343…..not even close to the photo not a monitor issue
I picked this from the sale selection and it is shown as a very light lemon with a tinge of green. It came today as a deep green olive in variegated shades. It absolutely looks nothing like the photo and this is not a monitor issue.
Lesson learned. I guess it will be socks for the husband. Disappointed.

I enjoy this yarn but color is far less vivid in person
I like the yarns from Urth, they are pleasant to work with this particular yarn is good, easy to work with, clean skeins. The yellow color is *far* less vivid than the JB photograph. It’s almost a muted yellow. I had to change up the project I bought it for due to that. Just FYI.

Lovely for mitered squares, easy to work with
I am sorry JBs won’t be carrying this any more. It is a lovely acrylic to work with, feels nice in the hand. The color patterning is ideal for mitered square. Tons of yardage.
I generally stick with wool but this is one synthetic I can recommend.

Great for mitered squares, easy to work with.
I normally work with 100% wool but I have some family that’s not tolerant of high% wool and won’t hand wash. I use this yarn for mitered throws. I love how the color blocking happens when working in mitered squares. Feels nice in the hands, no splitting. And enough wool to make me happy. I love the 0006 Rose garden color way. It’s very nice.

Feels great in the hand, color patterning really a challenge.
I mostly work in finer gauges and have never really used this weight yarn before. I took it as a Wool Watcher sale item to make a heavy weight scarf. I’m primarily a knitter but am crocheting this in a star stitch pattern.
First off, this feels wonderful in the hand. Works up very easily and has great stitch definition. Each skein has no repeat colors and the colors are not consistent in length. You *really* need to not care about pooling in order to use this yarn.
I’m a yarn spendthrift but I am not sure I’d pay full price for this....it will end up being a 200$ scarf with the sale price. Sheds a bit. It’s an out of my lane adventure and gave my hand a break from lace weight.

Love this yarn, knits up more like DK than worsted.
This is one of my favorite yarns. The colors and the hand to it are just wonderful. It blooms nicely. I've used it countless times and in my hands it knits far more like a DK weight. That may not matter for some things but for hats? Be aware.

Worst sock yarn I've ever used. No contest.
This yarn is highly touted and I've usually avoided it on price point. I got a skein on sale and decided to knit it up for socks to see how I liked it. The first sock has a total of 5 knots and 10 yarn breaks for a total of 15 knots. In addition, after the first colorway repeat, there appears to have been a different colorway tied into the middle of the skein. I never saw those colors again in the skein. The second sock had 4 knots and 5 yarn breaks. I doubt the socks will last as long as it took me to knit them with so many ends but we'll see. I'd never buy this yarn again.
