I LOVE this satchel. It will hold one of the small cubes to keep things separated and the top stays open while I am stitching away. I used it on an airplane and it was perfect. The fact that the top will stay open, but will be securely closed when I want it to be is a huge plus for me. I own a LOT of project bags. This one is a winner

I really want to love this bag. I have been pining for it for quite some time. The mouth of this bag is the biggest issue. First, the snaps rarely stay shut. Then regardless of whether the bag is open or closed the hinges go too far the wrong way and the bag ends up collapsing. When it’s open it causes and issue with using the bag and when it’s open it ends up hooking on to me or other things. I would add a picture, if I could. I wish I could better explain, but it is a constant struggle that has actually made me hate the bag, and that just breaks my heart, especially because it got high ratings and I also can’t return it.

The bag is beautiful and seems to be well made, however besides where the yarn cutter is, it doesn’t have an easy access pocket for your cell phone. That really bothers me. Because of that I am actually debating sending it back.

Ordered this for a gift, the receiptient loved everything this about it! The color, the shape, how it opens wide so you can see what's inside and has room for personal items as well!

My new favorite purse/project bag. Perfect size and love the doctor bag style hard case opening. Fits my wallet, eyeglasses case, misc items, knit/crochet project, and still enough room for my iPad Pro or a book. The long strap makes it easy to sling over my neck & shoulder & stay put. Now its easy to my cane without my bag constantly slipping off my shoulder.

I love the medicine bag for toting my current project in. It's set up perfectly for a maker. It looks stunning and is very durable. Excited to use this for many years to come!

This at is well made and I'm glad I got it. For me its the perfect day bag. I can take my two projects I'm working on plus the stuff I normally carry in my purse & snacks. Run off for the day. Green space or cooling center. Love it.

This bag is beautiful and classic looking. It’s quite roomy and holds more than I thought it would. I really like the internal frame in the top of the bag so it stays wide open when I’m using it. The inner pocket is great as is the built in yarn guide that allows for addition or removal of yarn at anytime without having to cut the yarn. The ability to add/remove the shoulder strap as needed is very nice. I don’t like to use shoulder straps unless I’m traveling with a lot of luggage so to be able to easily remove it when I want is a huge plus. The only two things I would have preferred a bit different are the yarn cutter and the stiffness of the bag. I had been really wanting this bag and am fortunate to live close enough to drive to JBW and buy one in person. When I saw them hanging in the shop, I almost didn’t buy it. It is fairly saggy and doesn’t hold its shape well and wasn’t an attractive bag. It would have been nicer if the canvas was a bit more stiff so the bag holds its shape. I have it about 2/3 stuffed with yarn and a project right now and it does look nicer. The downside of this is the built in yarn cutter. It’s placed low enough in the bag that I have found fibers on it from it snagging on my project. I’m going to be trying to take the cutter off without ruining the della Q label. It’s still my most favorite project bag and I’m really happy to have it.
