The nut that screws the winder to a table was flawed. It only took a quick phone call to get a replacement which arrived in a couple of days. Great product and great service - can’t be beat.
It winds so smoothly like butter. however the clamp that came with it is suboptimal. it doesn't hold on to anything and makes the ends jump around. I have to use two spring clamps to keep it still otherwise I would have given 5 stars
this makes knitting a lot easier, the yarn stays in one place and you don't worry about yarn getting dirty. Twirls easily. Like it so much I'm getting one for my sister!
