Great idea, please also offer a full size version
What I like most about this pattern holder other than the totally superficial bonus that it matches my bag, is that its structural and simple to prop against things so that I can read my pattern at a glance. It eliminates the paper slouch and slide that I usually deal with when I actually have to reference a floppy paper pattern. This is a very manageable size that works well for patterns that fit on a half sheet. I would love a full size version for longer patterns and think it would also be amazing if these could be double sided.

Yarn chicken!
I have to echo the frustration of those who have run out of yarn. I ran out less than half a row before the end of the second transition. If I continue with this project, I'm going to have to start over and use a size 6 to avoid a constant game of yarn chicken. Honestly, I'm not crazy about how the first panel colors blend, so I my just ditch the project altogether ... or I'll swap in a light color. The three panels with off white are a lot more pleasing to look at in my opinion than the muddy, dark first panel I've been working on.
I do enjoy working with the Urth yarn, but I'm not sure it's color fast. I've noticed dye from the darker colors rubbing off on my fingers and have some concern that it will bleed into the off white when I wash it.

Great customer service
I originally left a 3 star review complaining that a couple of the colors in this set were not as shown. JBW contacted me about the review and resolved the issue I should have contacted them first. Over all the colors are more muted than they appear in the image I'm ok with this, but they are very beautiful, earthy, fall colors, and the project I'm using them for is knitting up nicely.

Colors not as shown
This goes beyond differences in display devices. Some of the colors are not the same and they don't transition as nicely as the ones shown. There are three, nearly identical very light pinks two may actually be identical and no darker pink to transition into the orange. There is also a random pale yellow in the box that I'm not very pleased with there is no yellow shown in the picture. Either someone made a mistake when they put this together or they ran out of the advertised colors and swapped 2-3 of the colors with things that don't work as well. I loved the original progression, so I'm disappointed to have gotten something different - I'm especially sad to be missing the dark pink

Love this stuff
Malabrigo worsted is one of my all time favorites. Its soft, luxurious, and comes in so many beautiful colors. It feels so nice in my hands when I'm knitting with it. It's hand wash, which is fine with me, but something to keep in mind when making gifts. I only use it for gifts if I'm pretty sure the recipient will follow the care instructions. I once worked with a dark blue Malabrigo yarn and wasn't colorfast and stained my bamboo needles blue. That's the only Malabrigo I've worked with that didn't seem to be colorfast. I made sure to remove excess die before blocking.
