Silk cloud
This is a beautiful yarn and my favorite of all the silk and mohair mixes. The halo it produces is beautiful especially when used with other yarns. It is like knitting with a wisp of a cloud when used on it's own. Very soft and a lovely glimmer to it.

This is a beautifully soft, silky yarn with intense colours. It is a delight to handle and it feels like it is pure silk. However, it is not tightly spun and is a bit splitty to knit with. I am just knitting a stocking stitch scarf and have to be careful when I am knitting as it is too easy to slide my knitting needle through the yarn rather than around it.
Would I use it again - definitely - it is too beautiful a fibre not to but I would choose my project carefully.

This has to be some of the softest yarn I have ever used. I have always been a Malabrigo fan but like to try as many yarn types as I can. I loved the Lichen colour so decided to try Tosh merino. Wow - I am blown away by the colour clarity and the texture must be the closest to yarn nirvana that I have ever come. Try this yarn you will not be disappointed.

Another great yarn - the colours are clear and vibrant and the yarn is soft. It hardly feels like wool more like a super soft flexible cotton/silk mix. I have knitted a basic scarf with this and the worsted wool and found this to be a lot looser. The worsted is still my favourite for super warmth but I love this yarn for its colours which seem to shine like silk.

This is a fantastic pattern for those wanting to move on from basic beanies. The pattern is easy to follow and it creates such a great texture that it makes boring old one colour yarns worth knitting with. I have made one so far and will be making another almost straight away. Thank you 2 Askew - I don't know how you thought up the pattern but I love it.

I have made many beanies out of this yarn and it is the yarn I gave to my son and daughter when they were learning how to knit. Big needles and big wool made things easier and the results are so fast that it kept their interest to the end. I am now making a jacket and find the yarn to be very soft and nice to use. Great stitch definition and QUICK! I would not hesitate to use it again for big wool projects.

A lovely cotton, very soft to knit with and I really loved the slightly uneven nature of the yarn and its colours. I would have liked a bit more yarn as I was knitting for an adult but I found some extra in my stash and now have a great cotton beanie.

I have said this before but I simply must say it again- I LOVE this yarn. I have tried lots of different yarns since I last used this but having just started a beanie for a friend i once again realise why I keep coming back to this brand. The colours are so bright and clear, the kettle dying gives enough variation in the plain colours to make it interesting to knit with and it is so soft I really do not know how they do it. Thanks J.B's for keeping such a great range I don't think I will stray far from Malabrigo again.

I love this yarn - it is true to the old saying Ȫs soft as silk". It is sooooo soft to knit with and I must admit to the fact that I keep buying it because I love the colours, the sheen, the feel of it on the skin and the price. Yes it does have a soft fuzz around it but it still looks a million dollars.
