| Shepherd Sock is a top-notch yarn, one of the softest and most durable on the market. I've been knitting socks with it since the mid-nineties when I first discovered it, and I'm still wearing every pair. Add to that kind of solid reputation Jimmy's fantastic limited edition color line and you truly have a winner! Every month is something new and different and you can treat yourself for just a bit of cash if you go the sock route. With over a hundred colorways, I don't know how Lorna's keeps it fresh, but they always are coming out with a new colorway to die for! |

| I am new to JBW and its offerings.
All of the Lorna's Laces colors are beautiful - so hard to choose - the color of the month is such a great idea. Swirl DK is one of the softest yarns and is a pleasure to work with.
I have two skeins each of the Swirl DK and Swirl Chunky. Not sure what I want to make yet but,if nothing else, it will be unique in color. |

| This sweater pattern is knit from the top down and is very easy as long as you follow the directions explicitly. You may want to add a few more rows for the collar and cuffs than what the pattern indicates for a deeper roll. |

| I used this to make the baby sweater featured on Jimmy Beans Baby Pullover from Knitting Pure and Simple and it knit up very well. It does have a slight tendency to stretch so be firm in your increases! |

| Now safely tucked into my sock yarn stash, I look forward to having Autum Socks next October. The colors are even better than my computer indicated. I can hardly wait to see what next months color looks like. |

| I was hoping for extra lighting to help illuminate darker yarns while knitting but the light in this is too harsh and I could see the stitches better without it. I like the portability, size and ability to clip it on to something but it will probably not get much, if any, use. |

| This yarn was a pleasure to work with and the softeness and the great colors even passed the nine year old niece who can never pick yarn for her winter hat and scarf test. Thank you Jimmy Beans Wool. I can't wait to see next month's selection |
