Such a cute idea!
This is such a cute keychain. I can proudly carry it around showing the world that I love knitting socks and I have a handy little tool for finishing said socks. It is a little too big/bulky to have on my keys but perfect for my knitting bag.

An Indispensable Knitting Tool
When I first received my knit kit I was a bit disappointed because I thought it looked cheaply made. After about a month of using it I can now say that it is one of my knitting tools that I can't leave the house without, when I do I end up wishing I had it with me. As someone who takes my knitting with me to work and in the car the knit kit is handy in keeping all the tools I will need in a convenient case. So far it hasn't had any problems holding up durability wise. Don't let its looks deceive you when you first get it, this is one handy tool that you will soon find to be your favorite. The only problem I have had with it is the scissors are a bit hard to open and close but they still work. You can also order replacement pieces through the knit kit website for $5 so if anything happens to the tools inside you are covered.

My New Sock DPN's
I first ordered a set of the 5 DPNs but found that they were too small for my hands and the ends poked me in my palm too much while I was using them. I suggest if you have larger hands the 6 set as I found them to be much more comfortable. The ends are really sharp so if that is something you look for in a dpn you won't be disappointed. They also grip the yarn really well, I found that my stitches don't slip as much as the metal type dpns I first learned on. I don't have much experience using dpns so I can't compare these to other types but they work well for me as a beginning sock knitter.
