Another great product from Mano's. Love this. I do have to say, the yardage error should not be a reflection on Mano's. If you go to the Mano's website it states that there is 170 yards per skein. This is an error on JimmyBeans website and should not be held against Mano's.
I bought this a while back, tried to use it with the recommended needles, got frustrated, pulled it out, cut off the frayed yarn and shoved it to the back of my stash.
Last week I pulled it out, wanting to use it but not sure how. I grabbed my big old 17 DPN's and went to town. It was easier to work with, a lot, not as smooth as some super bulky yarn, but it still worked. I made one hat to show a friend and she asked me to make three more in the ecru. It is not the easiest yarn, but upgrade on needles size and be patient.
I am making a beautiful scarf with this in red and I absolutely love it. I knit a few rows, stop, rub it, stretch it and just admire the yarn. I love it. I have used this twice before, but this has now become a staple in the stash..
I truly love this yarn. It is soft, easy to work with, knit's up very quickly and is always an eye catcher. I have used many of these colors and love most of them. I ordered the angora and it is not my favorite color, but I know I can come up with something to use it for....after all I just love this yarn! It is a staple in my stash.
