This is a really great, fun bulky yarn. It knits up quick and is super soft. I have wool sensitivity issues and just fell in love this. And of course, the rich color makes it even more appealing.

I will forever get a skein of this each month with the new colorway. The term butter for a yarn...YOU BUT. Great knit definition, blocks beautifully, and even great for a quick slipper project or scarf. Worth every penny and more. And the colors hold brillantly. Try it...you 'll love it!

If you haven't tried this yet - give it a whirl! I have always steered clear of lace yarn fearful of how much of a pain it would be to work with. THIS WAS NOT! It glides and the rich colors make it not only a treat but a must try!

It's Lorna's Laces Shepherd Sock - how can you not love it? I WAS still trying to find a sock yarn to love...we I found it! The color ways - fibers - I'm hooked or sticked!.

I'm returning these - Ebony - supposed to be sturdy - NOPE. And the finish - not the greatest. I was SO excited to get them...but incredibly disappointed.

In my previous review I said it was like "linen" or stiff - I thought of a better analogy - a rough wool or a stiff acrylic. The knit definition is amazing, the color fantastic and it keeps guage beautifully. Its just a little rough to knit with.
