I have to admit I was concerned that the kit did not have enough yarn to make a long scarf since some of the yarns were less then the 110 yards the pattern called for. I decided to wind the yarn together into two balls prior to starting the project. It was so much easier to pull from two at a time instead of five.  I ended up using needles one size smaller then the pattern called for. I am VERY happy with the finished product and have just mailed it to my friend who is undergoing treatment for breast cancer. I have no doubt that she will LOVE the scarf.

I just recieved my Interchangeable Needle Case today and LOVE it. I like the fact that all the slots are numbered. I can finally get rid of the plastic case my bamboo interchangeable needles came in. I am planning on ordering another to give as a Christmas gift. The purple is very bright do will order the seafoam next. Hopefully they will come out with some more colors in the future.
