Nice yarn. Wears VERY. Finished items are soft, but it's a little rough and hard on the hands to knit with. Color did not bleed at all and yarn was tightly twisted so no issues with splitting or snagging after the fact.

Beautiful yarn and very soft. Finished garmet has nice drape and seems to be wearing well. It does shed a bit when you knit with it so I wouldn't recommend to the alpaca sensitive.

What a steal! I ordered a package of blue, pinks/purples (only received pinks), and neutrals today. The yarn looks to be in perfect condition. I can see that some of it might not have as tight of a twist as other Koigu yarn, but I still can't see what's wrong with any of it (it's much nicer than some of the other yarns I've used/bought). I am unhappy that they advertise the pink/purple as they do - they should have noted that there was a good chance you'd only get one of these colors. Had I known, I would've picked something else because I'm not really a pink fan and that's all I ended out with. Oh well. Win some loose some. But, reducing my vote by one star on the account that I really do not feel the product I received was advertised correctly. This is the fault of Jimmy Beans Wool (*sorry*), not the yarn. The yarn is wonderful.

Nice yarn. Vivid colors. I bought this planning to make a shawl and it will be lovely. I would be concerned about using this for socks as the yarn isn't a consistent width. For that reduction of 1 star.
