For straights, these are great!
I prefer circular needles in general, BUT when the occasion calls for straights, these Lantern Moon needles are the bomb!!!

I LOVE THIS YARN!
I ordered the tan color, and was very pleasantly surprised when it arrived and was more like what I would call ȯlesh " tones. Working with it is heavenly! It does require attention due to the two different weight strands, but when it is running through your fingers, the longer it takes to finish the project the better! I would buy again for any sumptuously luxurious project that I can come up with!

Nice ruffles... and i don't normally like ruffles
I saw the scarf on display and fell in love! The yarn resembles the stainless steel yarn I have read about, but I soon realized that this was a ribbon yarn! The fall colors in 611-08 are GORGEOUS, despite the complete lack of "hanger/ ball appeal"! It works up extremely quickly, and I will be gifting several scarves this Christmas! Oh, and one for me as well!

Very soft & fluffly!
This yarn knits up very quickly because it is so chunky! I made a quick hat & scarf for a friend, and they LOVE it! It is very warm, soft and 'squooshy'. Off of the skein, it almost appears an I-cord, so you definitely could use it in place of any decorative I-cord trim. It is very fluffy & elastic and not as firm as the I-cords that I make, so I would probably reserve it for decorative purposes rather than a functional cord that would be pulled on. It would make a great oversized sweater, because it is SO soft and you will definitely want it next to your skin! I purchased the very lovely red color and it did not bleed when washed. If you like chunky and soft, you will LOVE this!

Baby Alpaca - very soft!
I used this to make a sweater for my toddler. The sweater came out great, and he loves it. It is very soft & cuddly and he has indicated that he now wants a blankie of the same! I think it would work great for any project for a little one to cuddle... toys, blankets, pillows, sweaters, etc.

Pure Cashmere DK
This yarn is SO soft, and I am hoping that because of the way it is structured it will provide more stability & less pilling than other 100% cashmere yarns. I am slowly acquiring more... 2 balls at a time... thru Jimmy Beans Wool Watcher. So far I have only petted this yarn heavenly! - but as soon as I swatch it I will write a more helpful review.

Unexpectedly nice!
I am using the green/grey/blue colorway to make the Textured Tunic from Fitted Knits by Stefanie Japel, and I really like how it is coming along! The yarn is soft from the skein, not scratchy or irritating to work with, but it does soften even more with washing & blocking. It also creates a slight halo. Although I must add that I was not impressed with it just by touching or looking at the skein. It sat on my shelf until I needed to make a hat that I didn't want to use up my favorite yarns on, so I knit a swatch... after which I decided that I DID like it and would purchase more for a sweater. So, my advice is... don't discount it until you swatch it! For the pricepoint (on Wool Watcher) it cannot be beat!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS BAG!!!
I have several (ok... an actual stash of...) knitting bags, and this is my absolute fave! It is SO roomy, I can take several WIPs with me... socks, scarves & the beginning of a sweater! Plus lots of notions... and even a couple of diapers, wipes & bottles (I have twin boys). Does it get any better than this???

Great yarn for a lace shawl!
I really like this yarn, I'm using it to knit a lacey shawl with. It is a pleasure to work with, nice & soft. Using a sharply pointed needle it is easy to knit with, the color is gorgeous - it looks solid from afar, and marled up close. I would definitely recommend this yarn for anyone wishing to start a lace scarf or shawl.
