This sweater pattern is knit from the top down and is very easy as long as you follow the directions explicitly. You may want to add a few more rows for the collar and cuffs than what the pattern indicates for a deeper roll.

I used this to make the baby sweater featured on Jimmy Beans Baby Pullover from Knitting Pure and Simple and it knit up very well. It does have a slight tendency to stretch so be firm in your increases!
