It is hard to find 20 circulars and I find them to be perfect size for hats. I love that they were available at JBW.

Addi circulars are my go-to needle. I've used bamboo and rosewood needles, too, but I find myself going back to the Addis. I have not tried interchangeable needles or other circulars. Started with the Addis and have remained with them. The joins are smooth. I do like the Addi Lace when I want a sharper point. My only complaint is the cables tend to stay coiled.

I started on the Einstein Jacket. I'm using some yarn I had in my stash, which wasn't really as bulky as I needed, so I'm also knitting with two strands of mohair. So - three strands at once to keep track of, and it's going very, very smoothly! I'm impressed!

I'm on a two-at-a-time sock kick lately so I need circular needles in the 0,1,2 size range and these Addis are my go to choice. The needles are smooth and strong and the cable is appropriately sized so that the tiny stitches slide from needle to cable without catching. My only complaint is that the tips are not super sharp. That's great for straight knitting, but a sharper point would help execute more intricate stitches like through the back loop purl.
