I needed a fuschia yarn as the neck border on a Wingspan shawl/scarf. It's a hard color to find. This was perfect, though it wasn't as tonal as the photo shows - more solid color. Great anyway!

| I have used Shibui yarn to make 2 baby hats for my niece and good friend's baby. They turn out wonderful! I used the baby knitted hat pattern offered by Shibui.

This yarn is wonderful to work with, smooth, springy and beautifully dyed. The precise and concistant twist lends itself to a lovely silky sock fabric. I loved knitting with this yarn.

I love this yarn! I've knitted 2 baby sweaters from it and a few pairs of socks. It performs well, is a dream to knit, and makes a substantial fabric.

I bought two skeins of this for a color work hat. The colors have excellent saturation. The yarn does not split. And when I had to frog two inches, it held up very well---not too fuzzy to rip out stitches. I am very pleased. The color work is well-defined and the wool is soft and pleasant to the hand.
