Shepherd Sock is a top-notch yarn, one of the softest and most durable on the market. I've been knitting socks with it since the mid-nineties when I first discovered it, and I'm still wearing every pair. Add to that kind of solid reputation Jimmy's fantastic limited edition color line and you truly have a winner! Every month is something new and different and you can treat yourself for just a bit of cash if you go the sock route. The Lana Grossa Gnocchi is a luscious thick pompon like yarn that is super soft. The length between pompons makes it very easy to work into a fabulous scarf, or even add a little texture to another yarn for a scarf, wrap or edging. There is a great free pattern on the label of each ball for a scarf that only takes 4 balls to finish. When you wrap your finished scarf around your neck you will feel super comfortable and warm.
