| I'm sorry to say that this is one of the few yarns I would NOT purchase again. I bought a large quantity to crochet a poncho and EVERY skein had a knot. In addition, this yarn was filled with a lot of vegetable matter - much too much for commercially spun yarn it had more vegetable matter than yarn my husband spins from our own animals!. In addition, the yarn is weak and broke several times during my project. |

| This order was made to complete a scarf I had started. The local store had only three skeins. I thought I would have enough and if I had to order more I could do it via internet. Always aware that the dye lot number would be different. The project evolved into a larger size by choice therefore more yarn was needed. I ordered then from you the same color and when received, I was quite disappointed at the color. It was a totally different shade...more of a beige tone. the gray tones were totally absent. Due to the nature and design of the garment I used a creative method to mend the situation. This scarf has a complex Aran design and I was forced to finish it in two colors. Different colors at each end. I expected a minor change in the color but not a total different hue. The vendor was as surprised as myself. She said: This is a different color all together. |
