This purchase was extremely cost-effective considering that the needles are size 19; however, I was disappointed to find that while one needle has a smooth, finished texture, the other was rough and unfinished. It was usable, but the yarn snagged a bit and it was unpleasant to hold the needle due to the rough texture. Disappointing quality : (.
