This is the best yarn I've ever used for stitch definition, and its softness makes it perfect for cowls and neckwarmers. I'm hoping to knit an entire sweater of it soon!

Soft hand and doesn't easily split (using Denise needles), but while knitting an elegant stocking-stitch lap blanket I found 3 or 4 knots and slubs in each ball, making lots of extra joins necessary. I didn't expect this with a quality Bliss yarn.

I actually knit up a pair of socks several years ago with Cashmerino Aran, and out of many, many pairs of handknit socks, they're probably my favorite. Super soft, still good stitch definition, lovely and warm. It's nice to work with and even better to wear.

I bought this yarn to make a baby hat. It works up beautifully and will be wonderful for a baby.

I made my husband a basketweave stitch scarf out of this yarn, and it knit up very easily and showed great stitch definition. He loves it because it's so soft.
I have read that in time, this yarn will lose that stitch definition, but so far so good.
The only thing that I had to watch was that it slipped very quickly through my fingers, so I really had to increase the tension on it as I knit (looping the yarn twice over my index finger instead of once as I usually do). |
