Beautiful, soft yarn. Olive green with warm brown and tan tones. Easy to work with and the amount was enough to do two good-size scarves.

soft hand, well spun so you don't get a lot of split stitches. I'll get a second pair of ankle socks women's size out of the two ball purchase too. And it's washable.

the handpainted colors are amazing, the yarn is soft and comfortable next to the skin, great yardage. I'm making a shawlette with this color I'll be back for more!

Cascade Heritage Silk was always one of my favorite yarns; I love how it works up, it's a breeze to work with, it has a nice drape and texture, and the yardage per skein is fantastic. However, I was always a little disappointed that they didn't have more color options. When I found these Paints, however, I was absolutely thrilled. I ordered Water Lillies, and I am completely in love. This is easily the prettiest yarn I have ever worked with. The varied colors gives it an incredible amount of depth, and the color is beautifully saturated and has a wonderful sheen. I am definitely going to be ordering more or the available colors, and I would REALLY love to see more!
