100% Natural Peruvian Wool. Eco+ (pronounced eco plus) is in the same family as the Eco Wool yarn, only Eco + comes in a fabulous range of colors. Soft and wearable, this wool lends itself to either garments or felting, in solid colors. 3.5 - 4 stitches to the inch. An amazing yarn in big, generous skeins of 478 yards at an unbelievably low price. What a value!

Extremely disappointed when I got this yarn recommended by Jimmy Beans on a phone order. It's definitely NOT a bulky yarn, the ply separates and thus is prone to splitting. I knit booties to felt and they just didn't turn out nice. The yarn didn't felt well. Really a fail since I told them what the project was that I needed orange yarn for. I'm going to donate the rest of this giant hank of yarn to charity. I know a lot of people use it, I just can't imagine why except for the price.

Making my hoodie 5 out of 5 (5 out of 5)
I picked the exact same fabric for my hoodie that was in the pattern. The yarn is beautiful and very soft an easy to work with. Knitting this project has been a pleasure so far. Wanna say Thank You to Jimmy Beans wool for making this yarn affordable.

Love Cascade Eco+ Wool Yarn 5 out of 5 (5 out of 5)
I have been knitting sweaters with this yarn doing colorwork patterns and I just love this yarn. Bulky yet still blocks nicely and feels great as a sweater.

Test Knit for Annie Cardigan 5 out of 5 (5 out of 5)
As a test knitter at Ravelry, yarns are important. I did the Annie Cardigan for German knitwear designer Anne N. I'd never used Eco+ plus before. It's easy to knit with and drapes well. I now consider it to be a 'basic must-have' for any knitter's stash.
