I was a bit surprised at the thinness of this yarn when I first received it because it's about the thickness of heavy sewing thread. However, the luster and hand make for a very pretty yarn. This yarn would probably be a nice blender or accent yarn for fingering weight yarns that need a little help or a project that you want to spice up.
