Simple shawl pin
Nicely made. Mine does not have much variegation in color like the picture. Nonetheless, it is attractive. I especially like the gold tone of the metal. It’s a very nice simple pin. Wish I could give it 3 1/2 stars.

Very nice yarn, great price
I’m always suprised by how well this yarn knits up and how good the finished project looks. Recently knitted a cardigan/jacket with it and I love the results. Soft, not splitty, easy on the hand and looks like a much more expensive yarn. I like to use the Berroco’s Vintage yarns for presents because of its easy care and I don’t have to worry that the gift’s recipient will throw a hand wash gift into the wash - which will evenually happen. For the price, you can’t beat this yarn.

Surprisingly wonderful
Purchased 2 skeins in a rose color through wool watcher and was a little disappointed when I received them. I thought the yarn was a little too coarse for my liking, and I wasn't too thrilled with its heathered appearance. It sat in my stash for over a year. Then one day I decided to knit a pullover in a bulky yarn with an open work pattern on the front and back. This was the only yarn in my yarn closet that fit the bill, so I went with it. I kept questioning this yarn throughout the project. Thought 2 skeins wouldn't be enough for a 42 loose sweater- but it was. Thought I wouldn't like the heather, but it's beautiful knit up. Thought I wouldn't like the feel of the sweater, but once blocked, it became soft and smooth. Thought the open pattern wouldn't really show up, but again, blocking made the stitch definition sharp and the pattern shows amazingly well.
I'm blown away by this yarn. Using it gave me my favorite project to date. Can hardly wait to use it again.

Not greatly impressed
Purchased several colorways for an infinity cowl that my daughter saw on Purl Soho's site. The colors are very nice, but I wasn't too impressed with how it worked up. The entire cowl was a simple seed stitch which resulted in a slightly fuzzed cowl. Perhaps another stitch would be a better choice for this yarn. My daughter loves it, but there are yarns out there that are much nicer.

LUCKY FIND!!!
Purchased a grab bag of burnt orange and another in red. I'm so very happy I took a chance on these. One has 400 grams about 800 yards, I hope and another with 450 grams about 450 yards. Both are the most beautiful colorways. They look like something you would find hand dyed at fiber fair. With a nice aran weight 4 sts. per inch both will become vests, which are my new favorite item to knit. If you see these again, be quick or I'll bet you to them.

Absolutely lovely yarn
Beautiful silky smooth yarn that created a stunning lace wrap. It has a nice sheen and the color, bittersweet, is deep and rich. Didn't encounter any knots or unevenness in thickness. Knitting with this yarn is pure joy.

Great yarn
I substituted this yarn in a pattern that called for Swans Island, and I have no regrets. I used the light gray and it has a soft heather look that is very attractive. It knits up beautifully with a nice stitch definition that's soft and a little squishy. I prefer this yarn over Cascade 220 and will absolutely use it again.

Fun Knit
Just one skein of this yarn made a beautiful shawlette. Each color change is long enough to give a long striping effect instead of quick color changes that end up looking spotty. I was amazed that I did not find a single knot, and the yarn is not splitty nor does it pill.
My only fault with this yarn is that it's not really soft. It's not coarse either and it's fine against the skin, but it's not yummy soft.
