Breaks too easily
I purchased this yarn through a LYS and not Jimmy Beans. I fell in love with yarn and decided despite the cost to buy enough for a cardigan. I found that with slight tension the breaks too easily. It broke when pulling from the ball, while trying to construct a simple C4B or C4F cable and when I would need unravel a small part of the fabric to fix a mistake. I feel that the mohair content on the yarn compromises the integrity of the yarn. I do not recommend this yarn for anything larger than a hat, scarf, or mittens/gloves.

Finally an acrylic blend I really like!
I purchased this yarn for a throw blanket. I was looking for a yarn that is suitable for a warmer climate I live in Houston, easy care and a wool blend. This yarn is 75% acrylic and 25% wool. I generally shy away from synthetic fibers because I prefer the feel of natural fibers. This yarns has enough wool to give the acrylic the bounce and stretch associated with wool fibers. The yarn knits up beautifully the stitches and cables are well defined. I recommend this yarn for throw blankets and quick baby knits for warmer climates/seasons.

Nice bag, but a little limiting
I bought this to store my dpn's when not in use. The price is great and the fabric is beautiful. The zip case will hold dpn's up to 7.5 inches in length. My only disappointment is that the pockets are not labeled with needle sizes.

great for sock projects
I have dpns and straight needles in several types of wood. The Clover bamboo needles are one of my favorites for knitting socks. The needles are smooth to the touch and the stitches slide easily. At the same time, the needles provide just the right amount of stickiness so that the stitches stay on the needles.

May be a bit pricey but it's worth it
I have fallen in love with this yarn as well as other yarns from Lorna's Laces. LL offers a lot of color choices in a wide range of variegated color ways. The yarn is soft and does not irritate your hands while knitting. One of my favorite aspects about this yarn is that it is super wash wool, which translate to easy care. You can toss in a cool/cold washing machine and tumble dry on low. This has now become my go-to sock yarn because of the large number of color choices and easy care.
