Maybe I'm Spoiled
I bought this to make a scarf and hat set for my niece. I thought it would be a nice cheaper alternative to Malabrigo Baby Silkpaca lace yarn, but maybe I'm spoiled from working with the silkpace because I do not like the alpaca lace at all. It is not as soft, and it kept splitting. I'm hoping I can trade with someone on Ravelry for something else as I now have 3 skeins left of a yarn I do not enjoy working with. The two stars are for the lack of knots and breaks in the yarn itself and the color being exactly what was expected. The color is lovely. Not a good yarn for me though.

Really nice interchangeables for this price point
It's a great set at a great price. I love the colors and the thought put into the design of the case, color coordination, and the tips included. Everything folds up into a neat little bundle, so it is very portable which is why I bought it. The only reason I gave it 4 out of five is that the instructions for assembling aren't great for anyone who has never used Denise interchangeables before, and I wish they would have included a 24 inch cord instead of the 19 inch since the reasoning behind the needle sizes is that they're the most used. I wish the same reasoning had been behind the cords. Overall it's a good buy, especially as a starter kit for a new knitter.

Love This Yarn But.....
I wish it wasn't always sold out! I've only been able to buy 2 skeins from a shop, and they had limited supply and color choices as it's a small shop. I guess I'll have to just stalk the Jimmy Beans Wool website until some of the colorways I want are in stock. It's soft, the colors never disappoint me, and knits up easily.
