Misleading image on website and weird customer service
I ordered the high twist earthy tones mystery set which is no longer listed. The image shows a bag and a set of blockers which you will not receive if you order this set. I received two bright red skeins and a light yellow skein, when I reached out to Jimmy Beans customer service and asked where the blockers and bag were and informed them that I had not received the earthy set and got completely random colors they responded saying that this set only includes 3 skeins of yarn and that they were sorry I did not like the colors in my earthy set of yarn. I informed them that the picture on the website is misleading and that I think I received the high twist mystery yarn by mistake and that I would like a refund. They responded again saying that they are sorry I didn’t like the colors in the earthy yarn set that I received and sent a return label and didn’t acknowledge that the picture on this listing is misleading. I know I received the wrong set, how are two neon red and a light yellow color earthy? I’m not really all that mad about this, just really confused by the listing’s image and the weird gaslighting by the customer service rep.
