Patti was superb in her knowledge of knitting, gauge and needle size...and ironically knew the pattern I was knitting. She inspired me to want to get this project done quickly. Hi just received the 3 books! Thank you thank you! They look great and thank whoever packed as it is pouring here. The box was soaked but thanks to the plastic wrapping the books were dried and I don't have regular postal service so I never know what time to check my mail, but I had a feeling so went out and was very glad I did. Thank you again Jenna and thanks to the rest of ur team there. Great doing business with you. - Christina

The customer support at Jimmy Beans is first rate. The ladies I have spoken with are genuinely pleasant and helpful and also responsive to email queries. As I have learned - with the help of their patience - purchasing yarn on line when you don't know what brand of yarn or color to get can be maddening. Jimmy Beans customer support were understanding and helped make this trial and error process less painful. Knitters in and around Reno, NV are fortunate to have JBW in their backyard. And - check out JBW videos on YouTube - yarn reviews and training twist stitches were very helpful. -Linda

I hope you are getting settled into your new home and that life is getting back to normal. I placed an order for a few small things in the midst of your emergency and subsequent move more as an exercise of financial support than anything else I received my order yesterday. I am writing to let you know that I'm really excited to have it and it appears you dropped an extra in my package. I presume this is a sign of gratitude for the delay in receiving my order which I was unconcerned about and also predicted based on the timing of my order.
