Just wanted to say THANK YOU! I received my order Train Case, Needle storage Case, DPs & Circs merely an hour ago..... Love the little goodies..... I will put all to good use! Project in the works, so I am ready to travel : Well, first my play with new toys! THEN I'll be ready to go anywhere! Thank you very much! I still need to stock up on dependable needles, and plan on adding to the Wish List for my next order in a few weeks.You folks are Terrific! Oh my, where do I begin? I emailed customer service and inquired about a color Pocion. I neglected to say which yarn type or weight but I was answered with the utmost courtesy and patience!!
I have received responses to my questions so quickly that I could say without hesitation that you have one of the best customer service departments EVER! Jenna is FANTASTIC! She was so kind, helpful and patient which was wonderful because my knowledge of yarn is nonexistent. Jenna helped me choose the yarn for a one of a kind wedding gift for my friend Ann who is an avid knitter. Jenna asked such thoughtful questions that helped us figure out the very best colors for the bouquet. She also took the time to describe the yarn that was at the shop. This was huge because the variegation was different than some of the pictures online. Thanks again Jenna!!!
