Gauge: 9 stitches and 10 rows = a 4 square in Stockinette stitch
Pattern Stitch: Pie Crust Basket weave
multiple of 8 plus 10
Rows 1 and 3 wrong side Knit 4 *purl 2, knit 6 repeat from*, end purl 2, knit 4
Row 2 Purl 4, *knit 2, purl 6 repeat from, end knit 2 purl 4
Row 4 Knit
Rows 5 and 7 Knit 8, purl 2, knit 6 repeat from* end purl 2, knit 8
Row 8 knit
Repeat rows 1-8

Blanket: Cast on 74 stitches and work in pattern stitch for 37 or desired length ending on row 8 then bind off.
