Alex's Hilma Vest

Do you ever see a pattern and instantly fall in love with it? That's how our Bean, Alex, felt with the Hilma Vest. Simple with a classic feel to it, Alex knew she had to add it to her closet one way or another! Working it seamlessly from the top down, Alex worked the front first before moving to the back. The easy instructions left Alex feeling good about each stitch, especially the cable attern charts!

Alex used Kate Davies Ard-Thir yarn which knit up beautifully and lent itself to be the softest garment she's made in quite some time and we're just as obsessed with it as she was! Vests are totally making a comeback and we're so excited to see where this trend takes us!
