As Chris started a new life in Chicago, he took a job working graveyard to support himself. His new gig was initially unappealing, until he found that he still had plenty of time to knit, even on the clock! As an ode to his new vampire-esque lifestyle, Chris designed NIGHT SHIFT. With two colors of sport or fingering weight yarn, this shawl uses stripes and a slipped stitch pattern, evoking the passing appearance of day and night contrasting between each half.
