not ideal but not terrible 4 out of 5 stars (4 out of 5)
Like winterfinch said, this yarn has nice colors, and it's tough enough for socks without question. There are a few spots where it's thin or there are fuzzies hanging chads? that detract from the otherwise pretty decent quality of the yarn. In terms of feel, it's about as rough as Patons Kroy Socks yarn once knitted up. Definitely not for those with delicate feet, and probably better worn with a liner sock underneath.

Beautiful colors, sturdy yarn, but some places mostly on the orange and light blue sections were extremely thin. Overall nice texture, although not soft.
