From designer Brigitte Elliott: The pattern allows the knitter to become creative with their own imagination. Some possibilities allow the pattern to be transformed from a shawl into a poncho with removable buttons, scarf, head scarf, or wrapped cowl.
This wondrously wavy wrap offers possibilities in what color combinations you can come up with as well as how you use it! Modify the pattern by repeating some areas to add length and transform this project into a throw or a baby blanket! Additionally, you can choose to add eyelets to feature buttons in a contrasting color to add another element of interest!
Perfect for the adventurous beginner and beyond, this shawl uses techniques such as making a double stitch, the provisional cast on, a stretchy bind off, and how to add button closures.
