Hello Nice Folks at Jimmy Bean's,
I am writing to sing your praises.
I recently ordered Lorna's Laces Shepherd Sport wool and received it yesterday and I felt I must write and tell you how delighted I am with my purchase. It feels lovely to the touch, nice and springy and in the most rich and delicious colors. I have no doubt it will knit up fabulously.
I've ordered from Jimmy Bean's in the past and have NEVER been disappointed by the quality of your yarn, the vast array of yarns you carry and your fast shipping service. And... the free gift I received with my last order was so much appreciated, thank you.
I am a very happy customer and intend to continue to shop at Jimmy Bean's as well as continue to tell my needle working pals about you.

Thank you so much for getting the skein of Koigu KPPPM to me so soon, as I needed it to finish a project asap. Just had to email my gratitude! You are the best online ordering company I've ever dealt with! First, Jimmy Beans Bucks? Could you get better than that? I mean really, my LYS has a frequent buyer card - but they aren't giving me cash back! Second, free shipping and coupons? Wow, keep 'em coming; and I'm referring friends as we go! And, last, but not really least - free patterns on the packaging? Your marketing director deserves a HUGE raise! (Well, maybe a pat on the back - gotta keep costs down!!!) What an incredible idea!

First, I want to give you hearty and sincere THANKS for shipping by USPS.
I love-love-love you for considering mailing by my favourite mail service of all time - all Americans should be super-proud of serving the rest of the world with USPS First Class International - it is indeed 'First Class'. Since 1996 I have never EVER had any problem with delivery - as often as not it even arrives earlier than the alternatives! And this quality service is delivered with affordability in mind: better than any other service I know of, all over the world I purchase from.

Today my quilt campers, my partner and I visited your shop. We are SO impressed!! Our experience was a very positive one. We will be telling everyone about it! Everyone was so very pleasant and eager to please. Jen was especially great with a quicky guided tour of the fabrics and then a great demonstration on several yarns that make great ruffly scarves. Several of our gals purchased yarn after that!

Love your newsletter! Thanks so much for offering it through email! I also have it on my igoogle page along with wool watcher.I adore Jimmy Beans! I live in Central Wisconsin and am not close to a local shop so Jimmy's is ideal for me! The customer service is awesome and so are all of the products you offer!
