Just received the order I placed with you all on Saturday and it's already here. I don't have enough adjectives to describe the excellent service I ALWAYS receive from Jimmy Beans. Your knowledge of the products and helpfulness in telling me how the colors are in person is fantastic. It's easier to call you guys than to go to some local shops. The last girl who helped me was super sweet and helpful. I just love what I got.
Thank you all for having such a great staff and such a variety of yarns. I hope one day to visit.

I have never been disappointed by anyone at JBWool. You guys have helped me find patterns, match colors & dye lots, find complimentary colors for project, complete returns like now, make exchanges, and one night I chatted with a Bean for 30 min on CHAT searching for Tosh colors for a scarf. Then there is the candy in my packages! And once a note with a list if colors that went without Tosh Antler so I wouldn't forget. Customer svc. Is an understatement.
Hey! This reads like a commercial! Feel free to hang it on a board to express my thanks to all!

Hi,
I've purchased a few times before and made a few returns before, too, and I can't thank you enough for always being so lovely! You make the experience of buying so easy and pleasant, and as the owner of a small accessories business who goes through lots of yarn, I can't tell you how great that feels.
Thanks again, and have a great rest of the week!
Best,
Sara

Hello:
I received my order today, and just wanted to say thank you. Your service, prices, rewards program, patterns and comics on the mailing envelopes. Oh yeah, and the yarn.
Thank you for everything you do, and everything you are.
Many Blessings,
Carol

Just wanted to say that I love you Jimmy Beans. I do try to support my LYS whenever possible but I always know that if they don't have what I need - you will. Your delivery is super quick and affordable and I love your rewards program. My sister Nancy is also a loyal customer. It's weird to say about an online store, but you are a real part of my life and I know I can count on you. Thanks for being there for us. You guys do a great job, so thank you!

HOW do you do it? We had a little glitch in my order (it is a busy time of year) and I emailed you on Thursday. Saturday the yarn I wanted was in my mailbox. You are literally thousands of miles away from me and you got a package to me quicker than I can get one across town. I love doing business with you and am truly thankful that you are offering the wonderful yarn, prices, and service that you do. You make my life better! Best wishes, Karol

Hi Amanda!
I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate what you have done. I have never gotten this kind of customer service or attention from any crafting site ever! Everyone at Jimmy Bean's is wonderful! I get such quick responses to any concerns or requests that I have. You have made obtaining the materials that I need much easier. I don't have to waste time googling the rest of what I need!! Thank you so much!
By the way, I forgot to mention the fact that Jimmy Bean's has the best prices and (wow!) what a deal on shipping!! How could I forget to mention that? It's really hard to find good customer service. And for me, sometimes it is the shipping cost that will make or break the sale for me. I know that sounds silly but it's true. I hope that everyone at Jimmy Bean's has a blessed holiday!

I wanted to learn to sew before I learned to knit. I thought if I can make time enough to learn to knit and to actually knit some tangible things, then I could justify the expense of a sewing machine in order to learn to sew. Well, I learned to knit and I have made a number of things though I have far too many UFOs. And I did buy the machine, a nice Bernina 1008 as well. But the friend who was going to teach me to sew, was always busy and eventually moved back to Germany and I found learning a new craft more daunting than continuing with the knitting. But, the desire to learn to sew hasn't left me and I have been thinking about it a lot lately. So, your newsletter is just perfectly timed for me to give sewing a proper try. Thank you for fueling my creative fires. I look forward to more issues.

Laura,
I just want to thank you and your staff for helping me out with this order. Jackie, the (former) Yarnmarket and (current) Jimmy Beans Wool customer who is so terribly ill, placed an order from you today. When I learned of it, I called to see if I could put it on my credit card. Your staff was very good about allowing me to do so.
This is the first time I've placed an order with your shop, and I'm delighted with the service! (You can use me as a testimonial. :D)
Best regards,
Deborah
