I found Jimmy Beans Wool on the internet last December and have placed several orders since then. I could not be happier with the product and the service I have received. You do a five-star job in all aspects of the business.

* Out of this world customer service
* Prompt delivery
* Minimal shipping cost
* Fun incentives
* No hassle returns

I have experienced each of these bullet points and I can tell you that it is very unusual to find a company that excels in all of these areas. For me, customer service and prompt delivery are most important. I have corresponded with several different customer service reps since December and each one has been friendly and helpful. They either answered my questions or addressed my concerns promptly and in a professional manner. Your customer service is top notch. I knew that when I got home from work today (Thursday) the order I placed on Monday evening would be on my doorstep. And it was! What can be better than that?!

I would (and do!) recommend you to anyone.

You guys are so FREAKING AWESOME!! I will definitely order from you all AGAIN and AGAIN! This was my first Jimmy Bean Wools order and if I could have gotten more of the colors and have had them match - I wouldn't be returning them. So I really appreciate all of your outstanding help!

Hi Jimmy Beans Wool,

I just wanted to write and thank you again for the outstanding customer support I recently received from you. I placed an order for yarn. Since moving, I had forgotten to update my address in my Jimmy Beans Wool account, so my order accidentally shipped to my old address, through my own fault. I contacted a customer service representative through your online chat feature as soon as I realized what happened and she was able to immediately correct the problem. Instead of waiting for the undeliverable package to come back to your store, she found out that there was enough in stock of what I ordered to get a new order sent out to the door to me right away and I received it just two days later, even though the address error was my fault. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who assisted me, because I would like to give her special kudos. I really appreciate the fast, friendly, & extremely helpful customer service at your company. You don't get that from just every place anymore these days! I will let all my knitting friends know!

I just want to let you know that I really enjoy your newsletter and website. One of my favorite features on the website is that you have a link to see patterns that are suggested to use with the yarn you sell. I also like your instructional videos.

I have found Jimmy Beans Wool to be my absolute favorite online yarn store. The shipping is incredibly quick, the incentives (5% ROI and occasional free shipping upgrade) are also great.

But Sunday morning I had an unusual experience.

I was having a mother-daughter talk over the telephone with my daughter in Brooklyn. She wanted to make a cowl and we were looking at the madelinetosh dk. She finally settled on a color, so I decided to order it for her since I have an account already with JBW. I went in and changed the shipping address to my daughter's address, but for some reason, the confirmation email indicated that it was going to be shipped to me (in Florida!).

Well - it was too early to telephone and live chat was not open (it was Sunday morning). So I set the alarm on a world clock and telephoned a few minutes after JBW opened. I don't remember who I spoke with, but they changed the shipping information for me. This was a HUGE help and I truly appreciate everything JBW does; I'm always referring people to your website. You guys ROCK!

Your customer service is outstanding. You should give lessons to places like Sears, Best Buy, and WalMart.

While I did not order my original yarn from your company, I ran short and sought out your company to match it. Not only did you get it right, you even were able to get the same dye lot.

On Monday evening (1/2) I was knitting with one of my knitting groups and realized I needed another skein of the Chunky Mochi yarn I was using to make a neck cozy scarf. I had recently purchased the yarn from Jimmy Beans. I didn't pay close attention to the yardage of the skein when I ordered the yarn. So Tuesday morning I ordered another skein of the Chunky Mochi and of course, a couple more skeins of some other yarns. My order was shipped out Tuesday evening and I got it in the mail (to PA) on Thursday just in time to do some knitting that evening with my local Knitters guild.

What great customer service!! You are just awesome!!


I have finished the neck cozy scarf and it was sent off to my nephews girlfriend (it was a late Christmas present).
