Wow, I was very pleased with such fast service and I only wish I could knit that fast!
The Koigu that I then gave as a gift had the recipient doing her 'happy dance'.

WOW!!!! you guys are impressive. My yarn arrived today, the 20th, two days after I placed the order. I think the only thing better would be to live around the corner and then I would be broke.

I ordered yarn on Thursday and it arrived Saturday afternoon. With my favorite yarn shop no longer in business it makes it difficult to find yarn. I just want to let you know how much I appreciate your fast service and low shipping rates.

I just want to thank you for the great customer service you provided. While it's true there have been several delays in receiving my entire order, I have no complaints. I was made aware of the possibility of delays from the very beginning I was provided with updates and kept informed every step of the way I was always given the option of either cancelling my order or opting to continue to wait for the remaining items and I was advised when the remaining items became available and were shipped. Great customer service like that provided by your company is, unfortunately, rare nowadays. Thank you so much. I look forward to doing business with your company in the future.
