A yarn that is good for so many things
Soft and squooshy, but with a nice tight twist that is unusual in a superwash yarn. Great yardage, vast colors. Worth every penny!

Luxury workhorse
I love this yarn. I buy it over and over. You can knit it down to fingering and up to DK I personally can't get it to worsted gauge, but I know some people can, it washes and wears like a dream. Almost silky in the hand, even though it is pure wool. Whenever I am totally taken with a Lorna's Color of the Month and can't decide what to do with it, I just order two skeins of this weight. It always turns into something fabulous.

Fantastic!
I adore this bag, and I speak as someone who owns more knitting bags than any human being should. Even my husband, who barely notices knitting bags despite their constant presence in our home, noticed and approved of this one. It isn't full of zippers and snaps, so if you're looking for a bag to act as combination purse/knitting bag, this isn't for you. But it IS big enough to contain a whole project, nice wide opening, it has enough pockets to handle things like fair isle projects, and the drop length on the straps is perfect. It is the perfect compromise for those of us who are more basket than bag knitters. And it is pretty and sturdy enough that yes, I can see using it for something other than a knitting bag. If I ever run out of projects, that is...

Cuddly Baby!
This baby blanket was a delight to knit.  Although I was sceptical of the eyelets they really helped the body of the blanket sail along, and the finished result was adorable.  The recommended yarn BSA Hand-dye Worsted is well worth buying it is SO soft and pudgy you really feel like you're making something for a very special baby!  Do note that there are some corrections for this pattern on the BSA website 7 skeins, not 6, for one thing and if you are substituting yarns, you want a bulky weight that knits up at 3.5 stitches to the inch, despite the somewhat misleading label of Worsted in the recommended yarn.  This may become my signature baby gift...at least for baby girls!  The ruffles are deep and lush, so it's a rather girly blanket.

A great yarn at an odd gauge
This yarn has wonderful feel and drape, fresh, clear colors, and knits in a flash without being a chunky knit.  I love it!  My only quibble is the odd gauge, which means you are pretty much wedded to the Cotton Rope pattern book for this season, at least.  However, since there are multiple patterns in there that I like, I am not running out of inspiration anytime soon.

Yummy indeed!
A marvelous cotton yarn in a gratifying weight.  Super soft and almost silky, it balances perfect stitch definition with forgiveness of less-than-perfect moments in your knitting.  Handles textured stitches with aplomb.  Love the colors!  This yarn makes for the kind of project that you're eager to pick up again, which is quite a feat for those of us who get distracted easily.
