Beautiful Yarn!
This yarn is lovely, has a nice soft hand and the color is just gorgeous. I didn't give it five stars because the cotton, like most cotton yarns, sheds. I don't care to work with cotton yarn because the lint that comes off the yarn ends up in my eyes. I bought a pair of goggles at the hardware store and I'm hoping to avoid the eye irritation. This is going to be a special present for my mother-in-law's 95th birthday next month and I hope it turns out as beautiful as the picture in the book!

Best for Arthritic Hands
I've been using these needles for several years now and find them much easier on my poor arthritic fingers than standard needles. The new ones have nice, sharp tips for lace knitting and the company stands behind their products. Personally, I prefer the firm cords, but someone else may like the soft. A great tool!

A Must for Serious Knitters
This is my second Knit Kit and I love them both. Everything you need is in it - the row/stitch counter, tape measure, stitch markers, point guards, scissors and a crochet hook to pick up those dropped stitches. My only complaint about this black one is that the numbers on the counter are a little harder to read than on my pink one but it's still a great product. Every knitter needs at least one.

Beautifiul Classic Patterns
I saw three of these patterns on the inside cover of Verena magazine and thought they were perfect for several projects I want to do. The instructions appears clear and easy and I'm looking forwward to making several of the items. The only drawback is that several of the yarns used are almost impossible to find, even on the internet.
