Description I made the Windschief hat for my oldest son for his birthday in February. I wanted him to have a warm hat for when he climbed South Sister in the Oregon Cascades later in the spring. I saw this pattern by Stephen West and loved the complex way it looked and it wasn't too frivolous for most guys to wear. He really loves it, so it was a success!
