This is an intermediate lace project. This shawl can be knitted as a full or half hexagon. It makes a luxurious gift for a friend - or yourself. The pattern comes out of a book called "Victorian Lace Today." Not only is it a pattern book for lace, but it doubles as a coffee table book with wonderful shots of the English countryside, as well as providing a thorough history of Victorian-era lace and lace knitters.
Kit includes Yarn. Pattern Book is optional.
Pattern is in Victorian Lace Today.
Suggested US 7, 8, 9, and 10circular needles, 24" or longer, US 7 double points, and Crochet hook size I not included.
Gauge is 18 sts = 4" on US 7.
