Taken from Rown - Parisian Nights: This circular yoke cardigan feels more like a cape or poncho with a fitted waist. The Kidsilk Haze's drape and the glass beads make a comfortable jacket for a day at home, work in the office or a night on the town.

This pattern is from Rowan - Parisian Nights, pg 47 - Chenin
Size US 2 straight needles & US 3 - 40 circular needle (or size needed to obtain gauge) are required but not included.
