Taken from Knitscene Magazine - '11 Fall: Delicate as a butterfly, these fairy-fine mitts are so beautiful. A faux placket with ruffles along the cuff make for a pretty focal point.

This pattern is Knitscene Magazine - '11 Fall, page 60.
Size US 2 DPNs, US 2-16" circs, US 1 DPNs, sewing needle and matching thread, and eight 1/2" buttons are required but not included.
Finished Measurements: 7.5" circum. and 9.5" long.
