Taken from My Grandmother's Knitting: "This snowy, swingy cape is an update of a 1960s handknit heirloom that made its way into the hands of designer Cosette Cornelius-Bates."

This pattern is in My Grandmother's Knitting, page 79.
Size US 10-29" circs (or sizes needed to obtain gauge), four 1" buttons, and 1.5 (1.75, 2) yards of 1.5" wide satin ribbon are required but not included.
Finished Measurements: 55.75 (72.25, 87.5)" wide at widest point by 17" long.
Gauge: 18 sts over 4".
Color Shown is #8016.
