The shaping on this hat reminds us of something a Samurai warrior might wear-simple, functional, a bit daring...just garter stitch in the round, spiraling up to a subtle peak at the top. This marled version is worked by holding 4 ends of fingering weight yarn together, but you could also work a solid version using 1 end of our bulky weight yarn.
