Both pieces have multiple options for wear by rotating the biased section around or by folding the brim and neck edge for an asymmetrical look.
Sizes: Small (Medium, Large). Finished Measurements: Hat and Cowl: 16 (18. 20)". The hat can stretch 4" more to comfortably fit up to a size 20 (22, 24)" head.
