Cute animals 5 out of 5 (5 out of 5)
These are very cute and my son loves them. I love that these are knit in the round and will use up yarn left over from other projects. Great pattern all around!

quick and fun 4 out of 5 (4 out of 5)
These are just an adorable bunch of animals.  So far I've only worked on the Elephant.  They're quick to work up, but they aren't for the beginner.  I'm experienced with DPN's, but beginning the animal with only 6 sts on 3 dpn's is very akward.  You also have to be extremely neat with all your finishing as the critters are worked completly in the round and you can't turn them to the wrong side to finish your work.  But these are great projects for knitters who are comfortable with dpns & have great finishing skills - or for someone looking to improve their skills.  My 2-yr-old loves her purple elephant!  I can't wait to work up the rest of them!
