Taken from Stitch 'N Bitch: The Knitter's Handbook - Stitch 'N Bitch Superstar Knitting: "I dreamed up this Technicolor baby tunic as a smart way to use up some of the scrap yarn in my stash. I love using scraps because it lends itself to mixing patterns and colors easily. This dress is particularly fun to knit; while the colorwork looks like it was done with plenty of skillful, stranded knitting, in fact it was made with a variety of slip stitch patterns, so you only ever knit with a single color in any given row."
