This design is free from the Crystal Palace website. : "With this matching hat and collar, you will look like you just stepped out from the Irish countryside. The hat features a 2 x 2 rib and basic 6-stitch cable with dramatic decreasing for a slouchy, beret-style hat. The flared collar features the same 6-stitch cable, picot bottom edging, chevron eyelet design and top ribbing. Both pieces are worked in the round."
