|Taken from Corrina Ferguson Knit Designs: "Biellese is the third of the Seven Sheep. Named after an Italian breed of sheep, because everything sounds so much better in Italian or French! Biellese is worked by knitting a side-ways two-tone ruffle. The ruffle is worked with the simplest of short-rows, no intarsia, no troubles! Then you pick up and stitches and work the slip-stitch body in alternating bands of color."
